the "secret stufff" is my version of a homemade chili oil that is rich with flavor and just the right amount of spice. each batch is carefully prepared with the freshest ingredients. made with olive oil, thai chili peppers, habañero peppers, garlic, and shallots, this is more than just your average chili oil.

the story behind the secret chili oil sauce

the past few years have been a whirlwind filled with many ups and downs, but i know one thing is for sure...i am truly blessed and for that i am thankful. although 2020 was a blur, that summer i was able to move into my new home with a beautiful kitchen that allowed me explore all different kinds of foods which made cooking so much more enjoyable. but i was missing the one thing that would bring spice to my life - a knock your socks off chili oil. so instead of searching for the best chili oil out there...i took matters into my own hands.

inspiration behind the brand

coming up with a name for your brand is never easy...at least it wasn't for me. but thanks to the spontaneous outburst of my roommate (aka significant other) while we were in the kitchen pouring fresh chili oil into jars, steph's secret stufff was named.

the dogs you ask? well they run my whole life. so naturally, they must make their appearance somewhere, somehow.
